To seek the blessings of the almighty has become a routine exercise for the star couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. Yesterday the couple was in Kadapa for seeking the benefaction of the Almighty with family friend Amar Singh and mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan. The couple went straight to the Amin Peer Dargah at Nakkash Colony. A chaddar was offered and special prayers conducted. The couple spent almost three hours at the dargah also known as ‘Pedda’ dargah’ and believed to have been established in 1683 by Sufi saint Peerullah Husaini claiming lineage to Prophet Mohammad. The dargah is also famously called the ‘South Ajmer’ dargah by locals and visitors.

After the Karwa Chauth Aish-Abhi visited The legendary monument of love the Taj Mahal with Jaya Bachchan and family friend Amar Singh on 30th October 2007. It seems Ashwarya was throughly enjoying this trip.  This is for your information that Aishwarya is set to  star in a major international film about the Taj Mahal, India’s famous monument to love.  She will be playing the role of Mumtaz Mahal and the role of Shahjahan will be played by legendary Ben Kingsley.  Other modalities of the film are still being finalized.
